Serving Older Adults Through Changing Times

2009 - 2011 Goals- Happy New Year

  • Housing Inspections for (50) seniors for living conditions and safety.
  • Expand to surrounding communities
  • Workshops on tenant & landlord laws
  • Collaborate with five community organization businesses or churches
  • Increase SO-ACT membership
  • Ten new presentations
  • Support groups for seniors
  • Create ten aging plan for (50-65)
  • Continue community out reach

    • Monthly Activities in the Community

    • Mentoring the Youth-Ingenerational Connection

    2005 Community Events

    Tri-State White Conference on Aging June 10, 2004

    We encourage everyone to get involved and help make this city our community and a better place. Invite the youth into the building for special projects, volunteer with the resident council, rent space to others to generate monies for your programs and activities, and perhaps a trip out of town.
    Agenda for 2005 should force love and happiness one to another.
